At sixteen he founded his first company, and since then he has gathered experience across different sectors, always guided by the pursuit of excellence, innovation, and growth.

For more than two decades he led companies, structured nationwide operations, and helped build brands recognized for their quality and credibility. That experience gave him a deep understanding of business, the real estate market, and — above all — the value of human connection as the foundation of any long-term project.

In love with the sea for over 35 years, he found in surfing and kitesurfing a philosophy he also applies to entrepreneurship: knowing how to read the right moment, respecting the conditions, and moving forward with strategy. At Alto Mar, he brings all of that experience to the purpose of developing destinations, creating value, and building genuine relationships for clients, partners, and investors.

A civil engineer by training and an entrepreneur by nature, Vitor built his path by uniting technical knowledge, strategic vision, and a passion for developing new projects. Early in his career he realized his purpose went beyond engineering: to create businesses, develop opportunities, and connect people through relationships built on trust.

Over the years he moved through entrepreneurship and the financial market, broadening his view of investment, business structuring, and real estate development. That combination of experiences shaped a way of thinking grounded in planning, innovation, and long-term vision.

Away from business, he finds constant inspiration in surfing and kitesurfing. For him, the sea represents movement, freedom, and the courage to explore new paths. It was from this philosophy that the essence of Alto Mar was born: to develop destinations, create opportunities, and connect people to places that truly make sense.

We take on only a few high-end properties at a time, weighing oceanfront location, architecture, provenance, and appreciation potential. Every beach house goes through careful vetting before it reaches our portfolio — you receive a selection, not a list.

What does 'alto padrão' (high-end) mean to Alto-Mar?

We operate along the entire coast of Ceará, from west to east. On the West Coast (Litoral Oeste) — Curimãs, Atins, Camocim, Jericoacoara, Preá, Ilha do Guajiru, Icaraí de Amontada, Flecheiras, Paracuru, Taíba and Cumbuco. In Fortaleza — Beira-Mar, Praia do Futuro, Cocó, Aldeota and Meireles. And on the East Coast (Litoral Leste) — Prainha and Fortim.
