The Wind is a gated community of 180 lots in Icaraizinho de Amontada, one of the most preserved areas of Ceará's west coast, 5 minutes from the sea and known for the constant wind that attracts kite and windsurf practitioners from around the world. The lots range from 300 to 620 m² and do not have a rear neighbour. More than a quarter of the total area is left free, between lakes, gardens and trails, with bespoke urban planning signed by Paola Perea (1l1 Studio) and João Ribeiro. The heart of the project is the Wellness Club: a lap pool, a natural pool, a gym, a massage room, a zen space, an outdoor cinema, a beach bar, beach-tennis and tennis courts, a playground and a pet area.
