Villa Prabhu

Villa Prabhu is a gated beachfront community in Paracuru, on Ceará's west coast, 90 km from Fortaleza along the CE-085 — the Sunset Route. It comprises 467 lots from 200 m², laid out around a private lake with over 2 km of inner shoreline, on the banks of the Curu river and next to its protected area. Planned infrastructure includes a gatehouse, a pier with fireplace, pools, a football pitch and social areas, with urban design and landscaping by Thiago Borges (9 CASACOR awards) and architecture by Débora Rego. Barra beach is 100 m away and the Quebra Mar kitesurf spot 7 km. The development is already under construction: earthworks, interlocking pavement, curbing and the private lake are in progress.
